  1. Isola says:

Hello… my name is Isola, and I was lucky to meet Dr. Capuano in 2017, upon the advice of my physiotherapist, who, with utmost sincerity and frankness said to me: “I am only not sending you to a good person… he is much, much MORE than that!” Well… getting to know him has been an experience, which I highly recommend to others. Dr. Capuano is a big-hearted person, is extremely polite and full of human warmth. He is always ready to listen to you, to understand your suffering, to advise you and to console you with an immense amount of kindness and a fantastic smile!!
In addition to all of this, he is highly professional and meticulous…
He leaves nothing to chance, studies and evaluates everything carefully,
and proposes the best path for the person he is treating!
I have been in treatment since May 2017 for low back pain, radiculopathy and foraminal stenosis L5-S1 (on my left side). In November-December of the same year I lost feeling in my left leg, except for excruciating pain extending from my back down to my foot.
Dr. Capuano did not hide the possibility of surgery from me in those months. One day, with one hand on my shoulder he said: “I want to
to hear you say you feel fine!!”.
I continued with intramuscular injections and peri-radicular oxygen-ozone therapy combined with sessions of physiotherapy and… to date… there has been no intervention,
I have taken my life back and continue maintenance therapy, which
allows me to keep in touch with, smile at, shake hands with
    and thank Dr. Christian warmly.
The same for Marinella, always kind, attentive and helpful!
    Thanks thanks thanks!!
    With love… Isola

  2. Rita Minelli says:

My name is Rita. I have been under the care of the very dear Dr. Capuano since January 2018. I suffer from spondylolisthesis and for three months I have suffered from severe pain when walking. I was referred to Dr. Capuano by my physical therapist, after being treated without success with cortisone, analgesics, Tecar and laser therapy. The possibility of having surgery was proposed to me as well. But, Dr. Capuano was reassuring me from the first visit and I started ozone therapy and had many sessions. Almost immediately I felt improvement, and now I continue therapy with maintenance sessions. I I no longer feel pain and I now walk without problems. I thank dear Dr. Capuano for the kindness and humanity with which he treats me at every appointment. And thank you to Marinella, who is so kind and helpful.

  3. Paola Gilardoni says:

My name is Paola Gilardoni. I am 57 years old and I have been suffering from back, knee and neck pain for a long time.

Things had definitely gotten worse in the last few months, I’d been completely blocked more than once. As soon as I went to bed every night the nightmare began, with atrocious pains and I rarely slept because finding a position that would relieve my pain was impossible. During the day, the pain was always present, but it was bearable when I was up and about and moving.

I had no more feeling in the big toe of my left foot, and the whole leg, especially the tibia and the calf, were constantly in pain. I tried everything from classic painkillers, to anti-inflammatories and cortisone, but nothing helped.

After my MRI, upon the advice of my physiotherapist, I made an appointment with Dr. Capuano and I started oxygen-ozone therapy, with intramuscular and peri-radicular injections. After the fourth/fifth session I started to feel the benefit of the therapy; I regained feeling in my big toe and I started to rest at night.

Now, after nine sessions of injections, my daily life has definitely improved, and I will never cease to thank Doctor Capuano for this; I got along well with the doctor, both as a doctor and as a person, and I definitely recommend him to others.

Having improved considerably, I managed to avoid the operation that had seemed to be the only solution to my problem.

A heartfelt thanks to him and to his secretary Marinella, both have always shown so much kindness and professionalism.

  4. Dinardo Pietro says:

    Dear Dr. Capuano,

I want to express my most heartfelt thanks.

His office was recommended to me by relatives who are already his patients, and who have spoken well of him and his work.

I was impressed as soon as I entered the office, a quiet and hospitable environment with friendly staff.

I started therapy in July and after 8 sessions of ozone therapy and under his strict postural physiotherapy advice, I am almost completely recovered.

I would highly recommend his studio to everyone.
Thank you.
    Kind regards.
    Dinardo Pietro.

  5. Nadia Tonini says:

After months of unnecessary pain and therapy I finally arrived at the office of Dr. Capuano (recommended by a friend).

I immediately found myself at ease with his professionalism and the humanity with which he treats his patients. After two months of treatment I can say that I feel very well.

Thank you, Dr. Capuano. I also want to thank Andrea and Marinella for their courtesy and patience.

  6. Francesca Arcari says:

My name is Francesca, and I have been a patient of Dr. Capuano for two years.
I went to see him because I had a partially herniated disc.

After doing therapeutic treatment with ozone, with excellent results and recovery, I continued my usual life thinking… wow, no operation!!!

When I returned in June, after a year, “my Doc” compared the two MRIs and found deterioration; with the professionalism and calm that distinguishes him, he explained to me that an operation was needed and what it would involve.

On December 19 I was operated on (I had failed to tell the Doctor that in the meantime I had fallen a couple of times on the stairs; thus, he found a situation much worse than he had expected), and during the operation he discovered a pathology between L-4 L-5, that was complicated by retrolisthesis and an expulsed disc.

Although the surgery lasted a bit longer than expected, my Doc and his colleague Dr. Carnini went to reassure my mother that the operation had gone well and that the next day I would be back on my feet…
And so it was!
As well as being professional, Doctor Capuano is a man with a big heart that does not make you feel like a number and this means a lot to a patient, he can reassure you, advise you… and you know you can always count on him.

Thank you to the Clinica Città di Bra, where I found competent, helpful and always positive staff.

Thanks also to his secretary Marinella, for her efficiency and patience, and to Andrea, an excellent physiotherapist.

Now I am, as I define myself, “bionic” and almost ready to go back to work.
I’m as good as new, but above all without any pain!!!

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING!!!

  7. Marina Cedillo says:

Good morning, I’m Marina… nicknamed “La Cedillo”, by the Doctor. I met Dr. Capuano thanks to the recommendation of my general practitioner, after having tried other doctors with whom I have not had good experiences, and with whom I have never been able to resolve anything. With little real hope of improvement, I arrived at the Doctor’s office and immediately felt at ease, starting from the warm welcome of Marinella, who was always attentive and punctual.
After just a few simple words by Dr. Capuano I understood that I was finally facing a real professional, a young doctor, with an approach to the patient that was completely different from what I had become accustomed to over the last three years. He was professional in his questioning, professional in his explanations and professional in helping me to understand my problem – and how he would try to help me, but above all, he is a person of exceptional humanity. I did not feel like I was only a patient, instead I felt like a person who was taken into consideration as such and not just as a number.
Now, it has been a year since my successful arthrodesis operation by Dr. Capuano, in collaboration with Dr. Carnini, at the Ivrea Eporediese clinic. I would also like to thank Dr. Carnini and all the clinic’s staff for the seriousness, professionalism and great humanity.
Much ESTEEM and RESPECT to Drs. Capuano and Carnini, and to Marinella, for working with Love, Dedication, Charisma, and so much ATTENTION.
One word to you and to all OF your staff: THANKS!
PS: I have recommended Dr. Capuano to many other people who have been suffering for some time and who seek relief, including my husband who will also soon be in his hands starting in January!!!

  8. Rosetta Zurlini says:

I am 88 years old. I have suffered from severe back pain and I have been full of painkillers. My doctor advised me to contact Dr. Capuano, a person of great humanity and professionalism. With ozone therapy, he put me back on my feet. Without any more drugs! Thanks, from Rosetta Zurlini.

  9. Fiorella Mascetti says:

Como 17/12/2018. My name is Fiorella. I met Dr. Capuano thanks others who spoke very well of him. After years of suffering from severe neck pain I finally decided to have an MRI. The results showed pathologies related to reduced space between discs and apophyseal deformity, etc. The doctor immediately understood the gravity of the problem and after a few sessions of ozone therapy I was scheduled for surgery! Being one of the best neurosurgeons in the area I had to wait for my turn. I’m very happy to have had it done it on 21 November 2018. I was operated on at the clinic in Bra and the evening of the operation I started to feel better. Dr. Capuano visited me before and after the surgery and immediately informed my relatives, who were waiting for news, that everything was fine. Now I’m very happy and thank the doctor for his humanity and kindness, rare qualities in the medical field. The doctor is a person who loves his work and is very genuine. Thanks also to Dr. Carnini! Thanks also to his assistant Marinella, who is always very helpful and kind to patients. PS- We are close to Christmas and I am sure that there is an angel protecting the doctor and his family! BEST WISHES AND AGAIN, THANK YOU!!

  10. Enzo Frigerio says:

Hello, my name is Enzo. I’m sixty-six, and I’ve had problems with my spinal column since I was 16, culminating in a lumbar vertebra operation in 1982. Between highs and lows I dragged myself to the end of 2014, when a painful back syndrome that prevented me from walking more than 100/200 meters set in, which also forced me to stay in the sitting position. Following continuous use of painkillers and anti-inflammatories, I became aware of the therapies adopted by Dr. Capuano (through “word of mouth”); I had a visit, an MRI, an ozone therapy treatment and with a little physiotherapy I quickly returned to a normal life. Periodically, I return for treatment. In any case, this therapy allowed me to walk 175 KM without problems, over 14 days of vacation in October. It is not just the medical aspect that led me to write this comment, it was the human aspect. I appreciate not being considered only a part of the doctor’s income, but instead as a person and patient with problems and fears, who relies on their “Doctor”, and who needs simple, clear and exhaustive answers.

  11. Stefania Marin says:

My name is Stefania. After two and a half years of suffering from a disc pathology at L5/S1 and a bulging disc at L4/L5, I was treated at the doctor’s office for about a month and then operated on November 5 at the Bra clinic, with excellent results.
I really want to thank Dr. Capuano for the kindness, availability and humanity with which he treated me, before and after the operation. He gave me security and tranquillity. Thanks also to his assistant Marinella, who was always very helpful.
    Thanks a lot!!!

  12. Domenico Simonelli says:

Good morning. My name is Domenico Simonelli.

I started having back pain and leg pain (on the right side), then I became stuck. I was practically living on the sofa and I could not get up. I had an MRI, and it showed two herniated discs. Through a colleague of mine I set up an appointment with the doctor. He immediately put me at ease and explained how to proceed. I started treatment with ozone and physiotherapy, and was soon back at work.
Today, after 3 months, the pain has completely gone away and I can work.
Thank you so much Dr. Cristian Capuano.

  13. Giuseppe Castelnuovo says:

My name is Giuseppe Castelnuovo. After some years of suffering I decided to undergo surgery, entrusting myself to Christian mainly because of the trust that he immediately inspired in me. On 12 November, I underwent L5-S1 sacral arthrodesis surgery at the Ivrea Eporediese Clinic – obviously performed by Christian. The morning after the surgery I was able to walk on my own and go up and down stairs. Three days after the operation I went home, and after 15 days I can already walk slowly for a few kilometres (which is priceless to me because I am very sporty). My experience so far has been truly amazing, also regarding Christian’s professionalism (which I had no doubts about), and for his humanity, truly extraordinary; in short, he is a great professional and a great man. Thanks also to Marinella, from the Como office, and to the staff of the Eporediese clinic and Dr. Carnini, everyone was impeccable.

  14. Pier Franco Parisi says:

Good evening. I’m Pier Franco, an amateur tennis player. In September 2017, I had to interrupt my competitive activity due to severe pain in my elbow. Initially, I had ultrasound exams and I entrusted myself to the care of four professionals, two orthopaedic surgeons and two physiatrists, who prescribed a series of therapies: infiltration of cortisone, laser, TECAR, shock waves and PRP infiltration. I was prescribed various anti-inflammatories and supplements for the tendonitis, but, the pain, despite being unable to play, had not lessened, and there were repercussions on my everyday life and in simple movements. Feeling desperate, I contacted Dr. Capuano in July 2018, upon the advice of friends. On the first appointment, he diagnosed me with a pathology of the ulnar nerve, at the elbow, advising analgesic therapy and physiotherapy. His diagnosis was confirmed by the electro-myographic exam I had in August. In September, Dr. Capuano asked me for my physiotherapist’s phone number and together they agreed on the exercises I should do. After a month of oxygen-ozone therapy, Dr. Capuano advised me to resume my tennis activity. It’s been a month and I’m now playing once a week without feeling any pain in my elbow. Infinite thanks go to the Doctor and to his professional demeanour. He was able to be reassuring even with the most sceptical of patients like me. Thank you to Marinella, who was always kind and helpful.

  15. Luciano Soldati says:

My name is Luciano; I am 70 years old and I really like walking.

I have always suffered from back pain and many years ago I was operated on for a herniated disc.

Starting in January of 2018 I could no longer walk normally; every 100 metres I had to stop to rest because I felt pain in my leg. Additionally, I could not even drive for more than twenty minutes without cramping in my calf muscles, forcing me to stop, get out of the car and stretch my legs. So, driving had also become a nightmare because I had to stop all the time.

I had an MRI exam that showed a stenosis. The specialist I saw prescribed anti-inflammatories and painkillers, but, he did not recommend surgery. He said it would be the only way to solve the problem, but it was also very risky because I could have become permanently lame or even ended up in a wheelchair.

I was very unhappy and came close to having a nervous breakdown because I felt useless. I could not do what enjoy myself, take long walks in the mountains, go looking for mushrooms, etc.

Then, by chance, I “discovered” Dr. Capuano. At the first appointment, I felt “born again”, because he immediately gave me hope by saying that with just a 40-minute operation he could solve my problem.

In mid-July, he operated on me and the next day I was already walking in the clinic’s garden.

I resumed taking walks in the mountains and at the beginning of September I left for a long hike. I walked 58 km per day, over 20 days, and had no problems at all.
What can I say… I sincerely thank Dr. Capuano, who gave me back my life. He is a person who immediately instils your confidence and it is clear that he practises with passion and dedication.
